    Fill out the School Lunch Application for Educational Benefits

    Even if you know you won’t quality and have no intention of being considered for the program, it helps the school if we all fill it out. Click the link to go to SchoolCAFE, where you can apply for benefits or login. BONUS: once you log in, you can top off your account if you plan to pay for lunch!

  • Nokomis School Gardens Update

    Nokomis School Gardens Update

    Nokomis South is adding school gardens! Students helped install them and they are looking great. Talk with your child to learn more!

    We’ll need some volunteers to help keep them watered and healthy this summer while the kids are away.

    Nokomis South Fun Fair, Friday, May 20, 5-7pm

    Gather with kids, parents, teachers, and staff at the Nokomis South playground to have some fun! Let’s come together and celebrate our students and our school!

    The Fun Fair features:

    • games
    • prizes
    • silent auction
    • food

    Suggested Donation: $5 (goes toward field trips and the artists-in-residence program)

    Silent Auction

    The Fun Fair has a Silent Auction, including gift baskets made by each class!

    • Bidding opens: Wednesday, May 18 at 7:00am
    • Bidding closes: Friday, May 20 at 6:30pm

    Items can be picked up after 6:30pm at the Fun Fair, at school the following week, or sent home with your child.

    Help out 🙂

    Donate – Support the Fun Fair by donating 2-liter bottles of pop for the Pop Toss or store-bought/ pre-packages cakes, cupcakes and Little Debbie/ Hostess Cakes for the Cake Walk. These items can be left on the cart in the lobby at school. Please mark them “Fun Fair”.

    Volunteer – Grab a 1-hour timeslot and help with games, setup, or cleanup. We really appreciate your time.
